Working together

A good starting point is a conversation about your business, what you need and where you want to take it.

Your business comes first.

I’m behind Yoxall Design & Development, an independent studio creating websites and practical digital tools. I take a particular interest in dog-related businesses, alongside work for other independent businesses.

The starting point isn’t a template or a list of features. It’s understanding how your business works and what would make a genuine difference to you and the people you serve.

Start with what you need.

Who will use it? What should they be able to do? What’s working already, and what feels harder than it should?

Those questions help us decide whether you need a clearer website, a system to organise your day-to-day work, or an app that does something more specific. We can start with a new idea or look at improving what you already have.

From conversation to launch.

Agree the direction

We talk through your priorities and agree the scope, so there’s a shared understanding of what the project will cover.

Shape the design

The pages, layout and functionality are developed around your business, your content and the people who will use them.

Review together

There’s space to look through the work, share feedback and refine the details before it goes live.

Prepare for launch

We review the finished website or app and discuss what’s needed to get it live, including any ongoing requirements.

What to bring to the conversation.

Talk about your project
  • Your current website, if you have one
  • What you’d like to improve or achieve
  • Examples of websites or tools you like
  • Any branding, photos or written content you already have

You don’t need to have everything ready. If your idea is still taking shape, we can talk it through.
